Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, company, country and city, email address, WhatsApp number, type of client, product of interest, quantity, required date and your message. We do not collect sensitive data or data about minors.

How we use it

We use your data only to answer your request, send quotes, coordinate orders and deliveries, and maintain our business relationship with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

To deliver form messages we use an email provider that acts as a data processor and may store information outside Colombia, with appropriate security measures.

Your rights

Under Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012) you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of the consent you gave; be informed of how we use it; withdraw consent or ask us to delete it where there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; access it free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

How to exercise your rights

Email greenhorizonsas@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”, stating your name, your request and how we can reply. We answer enquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, extendable as the law allows.

Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as our business relationship lasts and for the period required by accounting and tax rules. We apply reasonable measures to protect it against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.

Effective date

This policy is effective from its publication. If we change it, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
